Sadness and Depression

Your days seem gloomy even when the sun is shining; you feel tired and overwhelmed, irritable, and under the weather. Isolation appears to be the only answer to lessen the emotional distress you feel. You may have felt like this before, or it may be the first time. However, it is… it hurts, and you think no one seems to understand.

I do.

I work with individuals going through significant life changes, grief, or depression.  Because of the social stigmas that come with the label of being depressed, I aim to help clients sort out their environmental, biological, and circumstantial factors while offering support and care through a very dark time in their lives.

My approach helps you identify the unhelpful beliefs that trigger or continue your symptoms. We work on finding ways of doing more of what gives you a general sense of well-being. You will learn to identify unmet needs causing your sadness. If you are hoping to finally lighten this load and feel like yourself again, contact me today.
