Rates vary depending on the length and type of the session. I accept insurance and also offer a very competitive discount for self-pay clients. There is also complimentary billing for Out-of-Network (OON) benefits, or if you prefer, I will provide you with a receipt for you to seek reimbursement from your insurance provider, Flexible Savings Account (FSA), or Health Savings Account (HSA).
I am currently in-network with BlueCross and BlueShield/Anthem (Medicaid and Commercial), Cigna, United Healthcare (Commercial), Together with CCHP, Children’s Community Health Plan (CCHP), and T-19. Depending on your current health insurance provider or employee benefit plan, services can be covered in full or in part. Please contact your provider to verify how your plan compensates you for psychotherapy services.
I’d recommend asking these questions to your insurance provider to help determine your benefits:
- Does my health insurance plan include mental health benefits?
- Do I have a deductible? If so, what is it, and have I met it yet?
- Does my plan limit how many sessions per calendar year I can have? If so, what is the limit?
- Do I need written approval from my primary care physician for services to be covered?
I accept cash, all major credit, and FSA/HSA cards as forms of payment. For your convenience sessions can be automatically charged to your credit card at the end of each session. Each client has access to an individual portal in which they can manage their appointments and billing.
If you are unable to attend a session, please make sure you cancel at least 24 hours beforehand. Otherwise, you will be charged 80% of the total rate of the session. I try very hard to maintain a small caseload and offer the best therapeutic experience for you and others.
