Sleep and Insomnia

Remember those times in which you woke up so rested and satisfied with your quantity and quality of sleep? Your ability to fall asleep so quickly and not waking up even in the middle of commotion? The feeling of a fluffy pillow promising you heaven on earth?

Now you feel fearful of nights: the tossing, turning, the facing of darkness, and the loneliness. Your body ready to surrender, but your mind wide awake torturing you. You had tried all over-the-counter remedies and more with no positive results.

It is time to have all the restful nights you deserve and to wake up refreshed and ready to tackle whatever it comes. Imagine having the energy to join an activity or enjoy life at its fullest!

Do I fear the sleepless nights? You have no idea how long the dark lasts when you cannot close your eyes to it.

I treat insomnia with an approved method that does not require sleeping pills. What, you don’t believe me? Keep reading. I can help you by changing sleep habits that had triggered or perpetuated sleep issues. I will give you a series of sleep assessments to identify what needs to be done and change the way you sleep. I will also refer you to in-depth tests with your primary care provider or other specialists, depending on the presence of symptoms characteristic of other conditions such as sleep apnea or other possible sleep disorders.
